The Following is a description of various volunteer positions Facilitator
Duties - Prepare for the meeting.
- Facilitate the group meetings.
Skills - Good facilitation skills
- Good knowledge about depression/anxiety
Training I will provide training for qualified volunteers.
Hours / Week: 4 Facilitator Assistant
- Time the program in coordination with the facilitator
- Help the facilitator in case there is a need for something to be taken care of during the meeting (such as giving name tags to those who arrive late).
Hours / Week: 4 Client Relations
Duties - Callback those who are interested in attending the group meetings to learn about them and see if they are good fit for the group.
- Refer callers to other places if they are not a fit.
Skills - Interest in servicing people
- Patient and compassionate
Training

Service Promoter
Duties
- Target groups (businesses and communities) to give presentations to.
- Talk to people and give brochure to them for their use or to pass it along to their friends, family members or colleagues to learn about our services.
- Talk to doctors (your family doctor or psychiatrist) about our services.

Hours / Week: 2
Support Group Administrator
Duties
- Book room for meeting.
- Set up the room before the meeting.
- Make sure that the room is cleaned up and leave it as it was before the meeting.

Fundraising Manager
Duties
- Contacts with individuals in person or through embalm.
- Recruiting others who may be passionate about the cause
- Plan events for fundraising
- Take part in preparing materials for fundraising.

Volunteer Recruiter
Duties
- Recruit volunteers to work with the foundation.
- Oversee their training and inspire them to continue working with the Foundation.

Writer and editor
Duties - Review Website information and suggest changes as needed.
- Develop and edit brochures
Skills - Technical writing
- Interest in making Website information more appealing.
Hours / Week: 2-3
Communication Manager
Duties
- Promote the program to other organizations and the media as needed
- Advertise services through various media outlets
Skills - Understand the work of the foundation
- Enjoy talking to people and promoting the work we do.
- Passionate about the cause.

Volunteer Manager
Duties
- Organize and assign work to volunteer.
- Facilitate their volunteer work.
Skills - Good organizational and people skills.

Duties
