We offer a newsletter to our subscribers, and direct sales of the book Mental Wellness: A Spiritual Journey to Amazon. We also provide mental wellness coaching for individuals and groups. This privacy policy applies to all visitors and customers using or accessing our website, which we use and maintain for the services that we provide.

we do not collect any personal data when you visit our website. if you subscribe to our newsletter or join our support group, data collected is your email address and your name, and phone number. You information is kept until you unsubscribe. At this time, it is deleted from our database permanently.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Information provided is deleted after responding to the comments.

Registered Users
If you subscribe to our newsletter or join our support group, your Name, Email, and Phone Number are not stored in our website’s database.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Prevention is best when it comes to security, and as a first step, we follow all WordPress Code Standards in the plugins we use.
Should any event occur where customer data has been lost, stolen, or potentially compromised, our policy is to alert our customers via email no later than 48 hours of our team becoming aware of the event. We will also report such incident to any required data protection authority. We will work closely with any customers affected to determine next steps such as any end-user notifications, needed patches, and how to avoid any similar event in the future.
